Job description Position: Major Tasks
1. Set and implement the new business development strategy for PCS China Team. Understand industry opportunities of potential market/ customers, suggest solutions and transfer to sales team;
2. Industry intelligence and market transparency: To gather, analyze, organize record and protect all market information and intelligence obtained, and prepare reports whenever needed. Provide market transparency that includes customer needs, price trend, industry
movement, and market trend to CR and sales team team by major applications;
3. Establish essential contacts (key customers, associations/institutions) in the industries of the identified applications;
4. Promotions/ lobbying: Work with/ join associations, plan and coordinate fairs/ conferences and industry promotions (eg. Meetings, exhibitions, activities…) be organized in a professional manner;
5. Market plan: Formulate yearly marketing plan for major growth applications to CR and the teams. Provide industry roadmap to the CR and teams>;
6. On the interface with customers and the industrial marketing team, work with sales team across China to sell into new applications and customers; and work with BD R&D team to establish a technical cooperation;
7. Provide quality data analysis to CR and other teams to ensure the good base of the decision making when needed. Timely provide the data report to CR, sales team, transplant team and SAM;
8. Proactively provide operational support to the sales team in order to improve the operational efficiency and optimize the working capital.

Your qualifications Skills:
• A degree from a university, MBA/PHD is the plus;
• At least 10 years sales work experience in the chemical or related#industrial;
• At least 5 years team management experience;
• Excellent co-ordination and organization skill, good initiative and the ability to prioritize workload effectively (i.e. project management!);
• Excellent in people communication;
• Real leadership capabilities;
• Able to work in a complex environment and under high pressure;
• Languages: Chinese & English. (Others is a plus).
