As part of Timberland’s Human Resources team, provide sourcing and administrative support for the Talent Acquisition function in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+.
• Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in a recruiting/human resources environment.

Skills:
• Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Word 2010, Excel 2010 (graphs and analytics), Lotus Notes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects consecutively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deliverables to meet key deadlines.
• Must have a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Forms positive work relationships and has a track record of achieving results through an informal network and process in addition to the formal processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, resume review and candidate phone screens and interviews.
2. Provide high level of customer service while coordinating all candidate travel, schedules and communications, including the preparation and shipment of offer packets and background check materials.
3. Implement process and procedures that create efficient sharing of information internally and externally. Maintain processes, including the headcount reporting, the Taleo applicant tracking system, external job board postings, relocation initiation, employee referral program and on-boarding process.
4. Manage the temporary staffing process including recruiting and vendor relationships.
5. Coordinate the processing of invoices, purchase orders and payments; maintain and update all staffing resource documents.
6. Manage and provide support for VF's Security Access system.
7. Possess the ability to properly respond and/or redirect inquiries from the internal and external community.
