Call for Trainers "Green Enterprise" - Traning Course for social entrepreneurship.
EA Planetum Strumica, R.Macedonia is looking for 2 entrepreneurship trainers.
Description
The project " Green Enterpise is a 9 days training course under the Youth in Action program, sub-action 3.1.
The Goal of the training is: Increasing the possibility for employment of the young people and putting into use their creative potentials by enriching the labor market with new job positions through opening of eco-social enterprise.
The participants will have possibilities to get introduced with the basics of the eco-social entrepreneurship and to create own virtual eco organizations.
Through the 9 days course we want to influence on developing the participants skills in the area of eco-social entrepreneurship, through informal education, interactive presentation, creating own eco-social enterprise.
Activities
There will be different types of activities within the training:
• Workshops, creative presentations, brainstorming, working in group, out-door event, educative presentations, evaluation, energizer, ice breaking activities etc.
These should contribute for the young people to raise their own capacities for social enterpreneurship and to show and share their creativity and vision for the EU future through the development of the eco-social enterprise.
Subjects covered
The training course will cover a range of subjects including:
• Educational approach to the EU environment and the eco-social entrepreneurship;
• Eco-social entrepreneurship - What is it? How can we develop it in each country?;
• Multiple-perspective approaches and tools for understanding eco social entrepreneurship;
• Green jobs as opportunities for young people;
• Field trips and excursions to different natural reserves;
• Out-of-doors meals based on local products and gastronomy.
Project work
Finally the participants will be invited to work together in order to innovate and develop ideas and prototypes that can be exploited in their local communities.
Aims & objectives
Overall objective is to emphasize the role of youth as ambassadors and multipliers of a wider European Network to promote the sustainable use of our geological heritage and bring economic benefits to local communities.
Specific objectives:
• Education of the young people in new directions in the area of the eco-social entrepreneurship in order to increase their possibilities for employment;
• Initiating cooperation and exchange of ideas and possibilities between the youth from different countries exchange of experience for eco-social entrepreneurship in each country;
• Motivating the youth for gaining respect and understanding towards different cultures and diversity the basis for sustainable future;
• To come up with new ideas and projects in the frames of the Youth in action program.
Training methodology:
• group work, reflecting on the concept of entrepreneurial learning (more theoretical input, policy background), practical exercises, reflection and debriefing.

Participation: 30 participants from 10 organization (3 participants/organization).
Duration: 9 days (excluding travel days).
Date: 17-25 of March 2014.
Venue: Strumica, Macedonia.
Requested trainer profile
• Language skills: English;
• Experience in facilitation of social entrepreneurship;
• Creation of a business plans;
• Previous work with an international group;
• Basic knowledge of environmental laws in the EU;
• Good communication skills.
Working conditions
The preparation phase includes:
• on-line meetings with the project coordinator, on-line meetings between trainers, Support in preparation of the final agenda,
• Preparation of working material for training.
When at the place of the event the trainer will have to work for 9 days with the group, at the end the trainer needs to make evaluation and to support the organizers in the preparation of Youth pass certificate for each participants.
• The working time per day is 4 hours per trainer.
• The costs for the travel and the lodging material are covered by the organizer.
The fees for the trainer per day will be according the approved project budget and according the standards of the Youth in action programme.
Hotel accomodation for the trainer provided by the organizer
Project final phase: preparation of a narrative report by the trainner, which is expected to be received online and after the training finalization.
