Per il rafforzamento della Business Unit SAP Delivery, Capgemini è alla ricerca di un: SAP Service Manager.

The Service Manager leads the Application Maintenance of SAP global template implemented in customer’s multiple markets worldwide. The role involves the management and resolution of ICT related issues which may impact on the business operations and also the management and realization of application enhancements based on business requirements.

The perfect candidate should deal with:
• Pro-active management and support of the SAP system, involving change request elevation, managing SLA and change request agreements, including time and costs constraints;
• Champion of the SAP system across the business, interfacing between the users, ICT Team and other service providers;
• Management of internal and external support parties;
• Leadership of an international team;
• Strong managerial responsibilities in a service delivery program;
• Strong understanding of business processes and SAP key modules, including FI, CO, MM, WM, SD, VMS;
• Strong stakeholder management at all levels, including Senior Management.
