Job Description
Ensure the implementation of global and local financial processes and procedures in the Oncology Medical Department. Manage payments to the Site through ACT involved in Oncology Clinical Trials Manage payments to the Sponsor for Investigator Initiated Trials Manage payments to the suppliers of activities for Oncology Clinical Trials (CROs and vendors). - Implementation of the Company procedures for purchasing activities - Coordination of end month activities - Management of SAP with WBS for Oncology Medical Department (Internal Orders, cost centres, download/upload of costs and budget data, reports, etc). - Interaction with other departments (F&A, Legal, IT) to ensure consistency in Oncology Medical Department Line Units and between global and local systems. - Management of payments to the Sites involved in the oncology trials through the global system ACT - Management payments to external vendors and CROs using SRM - Manages the requests and issues connected to payments to the Sites involved in oncology clinical Trials, interacting with local study teams - Archiving contracts between Novartis and the Clinical Sites, and all documentation relevant to budget
Minimum requirements: Italian english (written) at least 2 years of experience in budget and finace activities
