Costa Crociere ricerca Corporate Communication Senior Manager
At Costa Cruises, we believe that motivation and challenges create passionate people, and passion makes the difference. We are currently looking for a Corporate Communication Senior Manager to join our Corporate Communication department at the Company’s headquarter in Genoa – Italy.
Job Purpose
To implement and manage Corporate Communication plans in coordination with the Corporate Communication Vice President.
Key Accountabilities • Implementing Corporate Communications plan; • Managing and coordinating Issue & Crisis Management activity; • Implementing and coordinating reputation management campaign; • Planning and coordinating Crisis Communication and Media trainings; • Managing relationships with Industry Associations; • Executives’ Speaking Platform Management; • Production of speaking platform tool/presentation; • Position paper and executive speech writing.
Requirements • Graduated with a Master in Corporate/Internal Communication; • At least 8/10 years of international experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Crisis Management, Reputation Management Campaign, Stakeholders Relationship Plan, Media training, Corporate Social Responsibility Plan; • Strategic thinking e problem solving attitude; • Structured mindset and result oriented approach; • Open minded and flexibility, capacity to adapt to dynamic environments; • Stress resistance; • Excellent managerial skills; • Project Management capabilities; • Public Speaking; • Advanced knowledge and use of presentation tools; • Italian mother tongue, very good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of any second language.
