Costa Crociere ricerca Trilingual Sales & Service Phone Agent – Contact Center.

We are currently looking for 6 Sales & Service Agents who will work in our multilingual Contact Center in Genoa (Italy). The Contact Center is a multicultural, dynamic and young environment that works for all our European main markets. The Sales & Service Agent will handle inbound calls from customers or prospects, in order to give informations, manage existing cruise bookings and generate new ones.

Mandatory requirements:
• Very good knowledge (C1 level) of all three following languages: Italian, French, Spanish;
• Availability to rotating night shift work.

Our candidate preferably has:
• strong commercial and customer care attitude with excellent communication skills;
• good IT skills;
• ability to work by result, to answer to multiple priorities of internal clients, and to commit to promised delivery dates.

Further details about the position:
• part time job, 6 hours per day from Monday to Saturday according to following monthly schedules:
Week 1 24:00 - 06:00
Week 2 06:00 - 12:00
Week 3 12:00 - 18:00
Week 4 18:00 - 24:00
• fixed term contract starting 06 May until 30 November 2013 (extensible);
• monthly wage will be around 1.500 gross euros;
• position is based in Genoa, Italy.
