We are looking for a Sales & Service Agent who will work in our multilingual Contact Center in Genoa (Italy). The Contact Center is a multicultural, dinamic and young environment that works for all our european main markets (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, UK, Benelux and New Markets).
The Sales & Service Agent will handle inbound calls from our partner travel agencies and from final Guest in order to manage existing booking and generate new ones.
Our candidate preferably has:
• strong commercial and customer care attitude with excellent communication skills;
• good IT skills;
• excellent knowledge of Italian, English and at least one of the following: German; French; Spanish;
• ability to work by result, to answer to multiple priorities of internal clients, and to commit to promised delivery dates.
