Costa Crociere ricerca Ship Superintendent.
We require a Ship Superintender for our Head Office in Genoa; candidates should have at least five years’ experience working in a similar position.
The person who fills the vacancy will be required to guarantee the correct operation of the planning and performance of technical activities regarding the management and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the ships in the fleet.
Prerequisites/Qualifications:
• a degree in marine engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or a diploma from a technical institute;
• excellent knowledge of English;
• experience in shipyards or in the technical management of ships – familiarity with classification societies;
• technical skills and competency concerning the hull, machinery and electrical equipment of ships;
• ready availability and flexibility;
• good interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently;
• good working knowledge of Office Automation applications.
