Ensure the annual agreement with the assigned Customer is timely closed, through the proper negotiation with the assigned customer, according to the assigned budget and objectives and the Commercial guidelines.

• Guarantee the achievement of the Volumes and Profits objectives related to assigned Customer, through the proper management of the relationship with assigned Customer and the negotiation and implementation of the annual agreement, according to the assigned budget and Commercial guidelines.
• Guarantee the development of the ABP (Volumes & Profits) for the assigned Customer, through the analysis of the economic trends of the Customer, Customer’s potentialities within the Beverages business and as Total Store (i.e. using IRI data), according to the assigned budget and objectives and the Commercial guidelines received from the BAM/Customer Team Manager.
• Guarantee the development of the ABP for each Trade Member belonging to the assigned Customer, in collaboration with the Sales Field according to the ABP defined for the assigned Customer.
• Understand the customer P&L dynamics and – in synergy with Customer Mktg, Finance and Logistic - deliver proper solutions to optimize it.

Qualifiche

Degree

• Fluent English;
• Customer Management;
• Field Sales Experience;
• Problem Solving/Negotiation Skills.

Position based in Milan.
