Twitter is looking for an experienced and talented salesforce.com product manager to develop scalable CRM solutions that support our global advertising business. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution in enabling our ad sales platform for the next stages of Twitter’s growth. You will work with stakeholders and our business partners to understand goals and requirements, define complete solutions, and partner with our world class engineering team to deliver a finished product.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the entire product lifecycle from requirements gathering and functional design to project management and production releases;
• Draw on experience and best practices to provide expert guidance to develop scalable CRM and sales solutions;
• Cross functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Ad Operations, Trust and Safety, and Security to take input, prioritize needs, develop roadmap and communicate progress;
• Work closely with engineering on software development, and be able to review technical design and integration architecture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS or equivalent work experience;
• 2+ years of product management experience; salesforce.com enterprise wide implementation experience highly valued;
• Knowledge of APEX, Visual Force pages, Salesforce APIs;
• Experience with salesforce.com application, data migration, and integration capabilities;
• Solid technical background in database, SQL, and data warehouse technologies;
• Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication;
• Ability to work in an aggressive, fast paced environment managing multiple priorities;
• Passion to learn new technologies and develop out of the box solutions.
