Twitter's product management team is looking for a talented, entrepreneurial product manager to help optimize and extend the display of Promoted Products across Twitter’s consumer products. In this role, you will be a key member of the Revenue Product Team, which is responsible for delivering revenue products that put the user experience first and also deliver incredible value to advertisers. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and Twitter’s consumer product team to measure and optimize the ad user experience across mobile and web, run experiments and design research to gauge feedback on different display options, and potentially develop new ad products.


Responsibilities
• Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers, partners, sales and marketing teams;
• Work cross-functionally with consumer product teams at Twitter to integrate advertising organically into existing and new products;
• Develop and evangelize standards for Promoted Products integration across all relevant Twitter clients;
• Develop and optimize metrics for consumer experience and advertiser performance related to the display of Promoted Products;
• Think from many perspectives to develop ad products that address the needs of multiple customer segments;
• Work with the engineering team to build and launch ads products;
• Serve as the internal and external spokesperson and product expert for the consumer experience of Promoted Products.


Qualifications
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (time spent directly in an engineering role a plus);
• Minimum of five to seven years engineering or product management experience with Internet products and technologies;
• Familiarity with ad network/exchange, data management (DMP), DSP, SSP, RTB, mobile ad tech companies a strong plus;
• History of leading through fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments;
• Proven ability to develop simple yet information-rich consumer product experiences;
• Clear understanding of Twitter consumer and ad products, and a passion for making them better;
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and ability to work well in a team environment;
• Strong metrics orientation, and ability to drive product/process improvements through metrics;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
