b>Twitter ricerca: Product Manager, Twitter Developer Platform.
Are you interested in defining how millions of people around the world discover and share information? Do you care about bringing developers simple, powerful tools to help them integrate Twitter content and identity into their applications? Twitter is looking for an experienced and talented product manager to help us drive the vision and execution of the Twitter developer platform and API. You will synthesize the needs of developers with the vision for Twitter into a roadmap for our platform. You'll work with Twitter's engineering and developer relations teams to define the capabilities that developers around the world use to interact with Twitter.
Responsibilities:
• Understand Twitter’s strategy and competitive position, and build a roadmap for our streaming and REST APIs which supports and extends our strategy;
• Research and document the needs of third party developers, and prioritize enhancements and new feature ideas for the Twitter platform that satisfy both user and developer needs;
• Write product briefs and specifications, and collaborate with engineering, developer relations and business development to ship enhancements, fixes and new features to the Twitter developer platform;
• Be a driving force in assembling the resources necessary to ship high-impact products and features, and facilitate the communication throughout the development process inside Twitter;
• Define methods for quantifying success (or failure) and ensure that the Twitter API team has a clear ability to understand and articulate its objectives.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years product management experience with a strong focus on developing products for third party developers;
• Demonstrated experience working with and knowledge of developer platforms and ecosystems;
• Understanding of the Twitter API and its developer ecosystem;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field is ideal.
