Job Description
Position purpose:
Works as an Engineer to provide front-line expert support for all process-specific issues to production within one or more production steps, to ensure execution of processes on-time, continuously improving in quality and efficiency, performed in compliance to cGMPs SOPs and applicable guidelines and normatives. He/she contributes to technology transfers to the Rosia, Italy manufacturing site too.
Major Accountabilities:
Applies functional and technological expertise and kwoledge ti achieve results and evaluate the performance of site-Mfg related disciplines; provides technical and technological advices on issues within own disciplines; explains complex or technological information to others; solves complex problems through collaboration with others, taking a new perspective on existing solutions and utilizing technical and technological experience, judgement and precedents; lead investigations of process deviations, apply root-cause and data analysis tools to develop science based, data-driven results.
Minimum requirements Education:
Degree in Chemical Engineer or Industrial Chemistry
Experience:
Min 2+ years of industrial experience in a cGMP manufacturing setting.
Language:
Fluent in English and proficient in site local language.
