La Fondazione Child per lo studio e la ricerca sull’infanzia e l’adolescenza (Foundation Child for Study and Research into Childhood and Adolescence) cerca un Coordinatore di progetto per rafforzare la sua presenza in Italia e organizzare eventi e campagne sulle tematiche della sua mission.

Description of the Organization:
The aim of Fondazione Child is to promote a child-centred culture through a close examination of the causes and treatments of physical and mental diseases, as well as of behavioural and mood difficulties in children and adolescents. The Foundation encourages researchers to enhance their motivation, interest and competence in the field of child and adolescent mental health.

The Foundation promotes the following activities:
• Training of young researchers who are interested in acquiring specific knowledge in the area of developmental pathology and child mental health research methodology;
• Supporting career advancement of clinical researchers who are willing to be involved in developmental psychopathology research;
• Supporting research programs and projects aimed at establishing international research and intervention networks.

Description of the Position:
The position involves:
• strengthening the Foundation’s presence in Italy and abroad;
• promoting the Foundation’s upcoming events and activities on the Internet;
• regularly updating the Foundation’s website and manage its social media profiles;
• organizing international events, conferences and training seminars involving actors from all over the world;
• further developing and manage a large network of both domestic and international contacts;
• administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Master’s level degree in International Relations, Political Science, Law, Economics or similar
Minimum Experience: 2 years

General Qualifications:
• Sincere interest in the mission and values of Foundation Child;
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Internet browsers and social media;
• Ability to work independently and proactively;
• Excellent relational and communication skills;
• Reliability, flexibility and capacity to prioritize;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to undertake travel (both in Italy and abroad) and work flexible hours.

Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Italian.
Compensation: competency-based.
