Main Tasks


The CRM Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, will have to deliver effective and aligned interactive and digital programs for all BMW customer related business areas (new cars, used cars, ICDS, after sales, customer satisfaction initiative) in order to support sales targets achievement. Moreover he or she will have to implement and support interactive and digital programs as cross-functional Centre of Competence for MINI and BMW Motorrad as well. In particular the CRM Manager will integrate the BMW Italy CRM processes with the dealer processes and systems in order to assure proper lead management and lead generation at dealer level and will perform coaching on dealer level regarding CRM and digital marketing. He or She will also participate in the digital strategy definition, providing BMW AG with all specific needs of the Italian market.

Skills & Personal Profile

The ideal candidate is about 35-40 years old, is graduated in Economics or Engineering and has already developed a relevant experience within CRM arena in multinational companies, preferably in the automotive sector. He or she has a good car product knowledge and brand and product affinity. Excellent communication and relations skills, adaptability, analytical abilities, problem solving orientation and familiarity with numbers will complete the profile of the ideal candidate. Team Management skills and strong leadership abilities are prerequisites for this position. The ideal candidate must have a Fluent command of English and a very good knowledge of Office Tools.

Location: BMW Group Italy - San Donato Milanese - Milan.

The contract for this position is temporary. The company guarantees the data treatment according to the italian law ( L.196/2003). This is an equal opportunity job posting (L. 903/77).
