Unicredit ricerca: Business Analyst for Client Relationship Management.
In this position you will be facing the following tasks:
• Define, document and communicate business requirements.
• Develop and document medium to high complexity business workflows.
• Work on integrating CRM solutions.
• Provide clear description of issues for medium to high complexity problems.
• Present options for problem resolution.
• Contribute in developing organizational functional knowledge.
• Assist in estimation of small to medium size work efforts.
• Build strong working relationships with team members, including business and technical project participants.
Annual salary 60.000,00 Euro gross.
Willingness of overpayment realted to qualification.
Your profile:
• Profound working experience as business analyst with IT banking background (Core and Fronted Applications).
• Project Management skills (capability to plan tasks, monitor the status of advancement, identify issues, find solutions and manage escalations).
• Analytical approach and problem solving orientation.
• Understanding the functionality of IT software.
• Customer Orientation: Understand the need of users and translate it into the most efficient IT solution.
• Good banking know-how would be preferable.
• Very good English skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (CEE countries).
