Neomobile ricerca: Administration Specialist.


The chosen candidate will be based in Rome and, reporting to the Senior Administration Specialist, will be working part-time in a dynamic and international environment and will be in charge of Accounting activities.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Booking of the invoices, both domestic and foreign ones;
• Booking of the expenses notes and employees credit cards;
• Accounts reconciliation;
• Storing of documents.


Required skills:
• Previous experience in Administration or Finance will be considered as a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Organizational and Teamwork skills;
• Passion for the Mobile industry and its developing potential.
