Ferrari is hiring an additional Brand Specialist (Luxury Marketing) to join our dedicated Brand & Merchandising team in Maranello. You will join the specialist team responsible for developing and refining the positioning of the Ferrari brand, its presence across selected markets and communication channels, the coherence across Retail and Merchandising, by always ensuring the right exclusivity and target audience for long term qualitative results. You will be responsible for developing and strengthening brand initiatives, tracking presence across different product and channels and ensuring full alignment with brand strategy and objectives, ensuring detailed budget planning and follow-up.

Desired Skills and Experience

Ferrari sets high expectations: we are looking for a marketing/economics graduate with a brilliant academic track-record (study, marketing internships, experience abroad) with at least 2 years’ experience in luxury marketing. You are highly familiar with the luxury sector, the high standards of excellence demanded by customers. You will bring experience gained in modern Trade Marketing management with recognized international luxury companies. Above all you are capable of translating marketing vision into a detailed operational planning, engage with the key stakeholders and follow-up to ensure success across your key indicators. And you are fluent in English.
