IT Service Operation ( Borsa Italiana)

Borsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets and now part of the London Stock Exchange Group, provides a job opportunity in the Post Trade Technology Services area within the IT Service Operations team.

Main activities:

• Management of customer issues acting as single point of contact;
• Supervision and control of all processes and procedures managed by 3rd party IT outsourcers;
• Check and verification of the batch phases;
• Activation and management of the escalation procedure in case of incident;
• First level assistance for customer issues;
• Recovery activities for any call or problem on the ticketing system.

Candidate profile / Key requirements:
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
• Skilled in functional analysis, preferably with a background in Back Office;
• Good knowledge in managing IT procedures;
• Good knowledge of mainframe-based systems (familiarity with IBM’s z/OS operating system is considered plus);
• Strong customer-oriented approach;
• Availability to work in shifts.
