Description
• Support category Leader in the development and execution of category management strategies for HR & Professional Services, Marcom, Transport & Travel (MRO) in Thailand.
• Own all operational duty related to assigned category, including manage data integrity in Master Data Management System, review and process PR and PO in SAP, vendor creation, compliance and reporting.
• Contract life cycle management.
• Engage with Stake Holders to identify the most suitable supply solution for a given demand.
• Manage annual spend of more than EUR 6 mio to secure a sustainable competitive cost base.
• Drive continuous improvement of Cost and Supply Base Performance.
• Apply total cost of ownership and demand management in selection and performance process.
• Build Supplier Relationship and drive Partnership and collaboration at all levels.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or higher Degree in Business Administration or related filed.
• At least 3 years experience in indirect supplier management, procurement or purchasing from international environment.
• Familiar to SAP or Business object will be an advantage.
• Focus on performance and delivery of accuracy and timely results.
• Experience in managing stakeholders in matrix organization.
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
