Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development of the network of Points of Sales (POS) throughout the whole territory of the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland). He/she manages and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to contribute to increase the sales and expand the customer base (other areas, nationalities…)

Increases the sales - Manages the sales team:

The sales manager promotes through his/her team, the expansion of the network of agents all over the country/region he/she is in charge of.

He/she has to be able to manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects, making cold visits, face to face meetings, conducting presentations and users demonstrations, and manage the sign-up and training process as the sales representatives do.


Strategic analyses and reporting:
• In coordination with the Country Manager, he/she develops a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Provides quarterly and monthly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan accordingly to the evolution of the company.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of the members of his/her team.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales, volume of transactions, destinations, etc…of the clients of each Sales Rep. in order to establish a periodic score for the team.

Job Requirements Professional Experience/Academic Background:
• 5-7 years of experience in money transfer services, part of it working as sales manager/regional manager/Team leader.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Has developed and executed tactical sales plans including objectives. Understands the principles of marketing, advertising cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
• Ability to understand profit and loss calculations and business basic finance (gross margin/spread, percentages and calculations, exchange rates, etc.).
• Ability to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts (premium agents, big retailers).

Personal Skills:
• Self-driven and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
• Highly organized and very effective management skills; demonstrated leadership, capacity to powerfully motivate the team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (listening skills, persuasive, well-mannered).
• Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in both local language and English (Spanish is a plus).
