What you need for this position:
• Passion for aesthetics, usability and interaction design
• Broad range of web interface coding skills: HTML, jQuery and CSS, slicing and implementing into web pages and e-mail.
• Experience creating landing pages, email, banner ads, etc.
• Understanding of web analytics, with the ability to use these metrics to achieve business goals.
• Ability to take direction from team lead and develop professional rapport with team.
• Ability to communicate well with colleagues.
• Ability to learn new technologies and demonstrate the capacity to grow technically.
What you'll be doing:
• Develop HTML for web, mobile and email.
• Development tasks related to marketing campaigns setup and execution, including coding HTML emails, landing pages, banner ads, and websites.
• Participate and contribute within design strategy sessions.
• Contributing ideas and input that help solve usability challenges, support business goals, and deliver excellent user experience.
• Assist in flushing out user stories.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria.
• Follow standard programming practices and provide input into these practices.
• Continue to grow both personally and professionally by staying current in new technologies and programming practices.
• Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining focus and productivity.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined environment.
Job Requirements
• 2-3 years professional experience.
• Experience working with:HTML5.
• CSS3.
• JQuery/Javascript/Ajax.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
Bonus skills:
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as PHP, ASP.Net, Java, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology.
• Familiarity with Twitter Bootstrap or other responsive frameworks.
• Familiarity with Knockout.js.
• A/B/multi testing experience.
• Prototyping.
• Wireframing.
