Tenaris looking for: Accounts Payable Analyst.
Location: USA – Bay City, Texas.
Education Requirements: University degree – Finance/Administration.
Required Language Skills: Spanish is desired.
The primary responsibility of this position is to perform, on an accurate and timely basis, the day-to-day processing of vendor invoice payments, as well as other payments due, in compliance with internal controls and procedures. It also assists with project cost analysis and special projects.
Reporting to the Accounting Coordinator, the person in this role will be under the Administration team for BayCity Project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Performs accurate and timely payments processing various types of accounts payable transactions including critical vendor invoices and other payment obligations, filing supporting documentation, maintaining the Vendor Master File, issuing debit notes and posting and analyzing ledger accounts.
• Issues payment orders and provides information on payments as required.
• Keeps maintenance of accurate records and control reports.
• Prepares special management reports and provides supporting documentation whenever necessary.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Leadership role to ensure accurate and timely payment of company debts in accordance with contractual and legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Researches, analyzes and resolves complex payment and vendor issues.
• Assists with other projects as assigned. Creates vendor on board process to streamline payments and ensure high Payment performance throughout project.

• Customer Service and Team oriented attitude.
• Organized , detail oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
IT Skills:
• Strong Excel and analytical skills and proven project management. Assist with project controls to ensure costs are properly captured in a timely manner.
• Strong SAP experience.
