Department Information
PVH Europe is investing in enhancing its capabilities in the Management Accounting area. We are looking for people that see Management Accounting as a professional discipline within Finance that supports the business in achieving its objectives. Therefore, PVH Europe is looking for people that have a clear view on how to establish a solid Financial Management Information System and on the other hand have the persuasive power, endurance and persistence to implement. For this PVH is looking for people that can fulfill a Management Accounting Architecture support role:

Position Description
• In general the person interested in this job should be comfortable to embark on a journey without knowing exactly what to do in two years from now.
• This position offers the opportunity to take part in a project to enhance the Management Accounting capabilities of this organisation and get a deep understanding of the structure of the organisation, its processes and the relationship with Finance.
• Describing the fundamental organisation structure with principles and models of the present and future situation.
• This job will be about data, information flow and system configuration analytics, thereby recognizing relationships and dependencies.
• Sharpening and documenting business definitions thereby being able to apply the MECE principle (Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive).
• Additionally, reviewing Chart of Accounts usage and related G/L account hierarchies and proposing changes.
• Facilitate the translation of business’ financial performance assessment requirements in reporting solutions.
• Prepare presentations and overviews to provide insight and inform stakeholders.
• After all, we are looking for people who are willing to invest in themselves to be able to take next steps further along the way.

Position Requirements
• Has a University Degree.
• Has a couple of years working experience in Management Accounting.
• Therefore, understands Finance and its processes and worked with SAP, preferably AFS or Retail solution.
• Skillful Data analyst.
• Is comfortable to operate on the border between Finance and ICT.
• Team player that is comfortable to work in teams and projects.
• Has the ability to prioritize.
• Not only has the ability to identify issues but also has the drive and patience to follow through.
• Has good command over the English language.
• Can work in a dynamic multinational environment.
