Nous recherchons un Junior Accounting Assistant pour un CDD d'une durée de 10 mois.
Vos missions seront les suivantes:
• COMPTES CLIENTSCollecte des informations de facturationRelances clientsFacturation pour le compte de 2 sociétés (excel et fusion excel/word);
• Enregistrement des factures dans SAPLettrage de comptes et analyse de comptes via tableaux croisés dynamiquesEnvoi des factures.
Stocks
• Edition d’état de livraison;
• Aide au contrôle des stocksPointages livraisons et des factures en comptabilité (logiciel magasin / SAP).
Profil recherché
• Bonne Expression écrite et orale
• Impliqué(e)Polyvalent(e)Organisé et méthodiqueExcel niveau correctBon relationnel.
