Zalando Technology is the base of our e-commerce platform. We’ve developed most of that base in-house: the shop, internal systems and our logistics software. We work in short cycles in order to adapt our software continuously to our processes.
We mainly use open source solutions when it comes to development and system operation and work in small, agile teams. The technology department comprises the teams of feature and platform engineering, product management, quality assurance and business intelligence. Every team is central to the perfect shopping experience which millions of customers have at Zalando.
Ios-Developer (M/F) Berlin

What we expect from you
• Degree in Informatics or equivalent.
• Experience with Objective C and Cocoa touch applications, iOS SDK and App Store submission processes.
• The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Java.
• Proven experience with Web Services (REST, Soap).
• Experience with coding and debugging tools such as Xcode, AppCode and Git.
• Knowledge of automated unit and integration testing as well as continuous integration using Jenkins or build script (Gradle) a plus.
• Experience in developing Android and Windows phone apps a plus.
• Ability to work independently and accuracy.
• Creative with a commitment to delivering high quality work.
• Excellent German and/or English.
