Zalando ricerca: Project- / Process-Manager (M/F) In An Agile Environment.
Zalando Technology is the base of our e-commerce platform. We’ve developed most of that base in-house: the shop, internal systems and our logistics software. We work in short cycles in order to adapt our software continuously to our processes.
We mainly use open source solutions when it comes to development and system operation and work in small, agile teams. The technology department comprises the teams of feature and platform engineering, product management, quality assurance and business intelligence. Every team is central to the perfect shopping experience which millions of customers have at Zalando.
Project- / Process-Manager (M/F) In An Agile Environment.

What we expect from you
• You show great interest in IT processes and have already had experience with Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall, or can even contribute your experience as an IT Project Manager or ScrumMaster.
• As project manager, you'll work on IT project processes from implementation to control and continuous process improvement.
• You’ll work closely with developers, system administrators and database engineers.
• You are a key contact person between different teams. That requires you to be proactive: you need to identify problems early on and then set up efficient processes to solve them.
• You’ll also be responsible for assessing performance on a daily and weekly basis. You need to set deadlines and ensure the project meets those deadlines.
• Experience in the following areas is a plus: AWS, Cloud, TDD, ATDD, NoSQL, Puppet, RESTful web services and SOA.
• Aside from your technical expertise, you should have a positive, hands-on attitude and know how to motivate your team.
