JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Logistics Coordinator you will be:
• Ensuring that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner to documented processes;
• Tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all while targeting cost reduction;
• Managing related data to support stores in the day-to-day areas of logistics;
• Consulting with stores to understand their logistics needs and issues;
• Establishing & maintaining strong relationships with vendors;
• Preparing internal communications/presentations related to KPI’s and new programs as related to logistics;
• Analyzing and resolving problems for all logistics operations.

Requirements
• Availability to work on a full time basis;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Managing a team of at least 3 people;
• Experience dealing with customs;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables;
• Flexibility with schedule;
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position within the Logistics sector (frieght forwarders);
• Experience working with Transport vendors within the US;
• Spanish Language speaking skills is a plus.
