Customer Care Operator

Neomobile looking for: Customer Care Operator.


The chosen candidate will be based in Belgrade, with a full time contract, reporting to the CC and Quality Manager, will be in charge of CC relationship with Italian customers.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Answer the inbound calls / e-mails of Italian customer concerning deactivations requests, payments, administrative issues related to our business;
• Manage outbound calls (in case of particular requests / refunds project);
• Manage dedicated tools and reporting.


Required skills:
• 1- 2 years of experience in managing customers on the phone / via mail;
• Fluent in Italian language (speaking and writing), fluent in English;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Passion for the Mobile industry and its developing potential.
