Neomobile looking for: Office Specialist.


The chosen candidate will be based in Milan and, reporting to the Onebip Executive Director, will be working in a dynamic and international environment and will be in charge of Reception and General affairs services.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Supply management (cleaning and stationery);
• Post-service management for ordinary and extra-ordinary deliveries;
• Reception, company landline, mail and Fax;
• Administrative activities support;
• Employees' travel requests management.


Required skills:
• Fluency in English. Other language knowledge is considered a plus;
• Previous experience in the role;
• Good knowledge of Office Suite;
• Relation-oriented, dynamic, proactive person;
• Proficient organizational skills and high standing;
• Belonging to "legally protected" list L.68/99.
