Coca-Cola HBC Italia looking for: Risk Manager.


Key objective of the role


Key objective of the role is to advise the organization to identify inefficiencies or any operational/potential risks to the profitability or existence of the company. They identify and assess threats, put plans in place for if things go wrong and decide how to avoid, reduce or transfer risks.

Responsible for managing the risk to the organisation, its employees, customers, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders.


Activities

• Planning, designing and implementing the overall risk management process for the organisation;
• Risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business in all areas;
• Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organisation such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organisation's previous handling of risks;
• Discussing with CCHBC Management and quantifying the organisation's 'risk appetite', i.e. the level of risk the Company is prepared to accept;
• Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks;
• Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders;
• Carrying out processes such as purchasing insurance or supporting the implementation of health and safety measures and making business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare for if things go wrong;
• Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors;
• Providing support, education and training to non finance staff to build risk awareness within the organisation.


Skills

The ideal candidate is expected be able to proactively improve the risk management framework and to autonomously interact with the Management and with the cross-border stakeholders.

The candidate should have the following skills:
• Strong Technical knowledge in operational and financial risk, insurance products, market risk solutions proved by excellent achievement background;
• Strong Strategic,analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to adequately prioritize tasks and responsibilities;
• Sound knowledge of the Italian regulatory and legal environment;
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail;
• Ability to take ownership and initiative, to negotiate, influence and build consensus and successfully navigate in the demanding and international environment of a leading FMCG organization;
• English fluency (both oral and written).


Education

• 7+ years solid experience in Operational Risk functions in Insurance companies and/or multinational companies (preferably FMCG);
• Also experience as Senior Consultant in specialized risk areas of a ‘Big Four’ Consulting firm will be favorably evaluated.
