Theme:
"Inclusion in Eastern Partnership Countries and Russia" is a long term project which aims at designing of support measures and non-formal training activities in the framework of Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. These activities will be based on expertise of relevant stakeholders and needs analysis of practitioners in the field of youth.This should in the future contribute to an impact on youth worker's education and further the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities from the Eastern Partnership countries and Russia in the Erasmus+ YiA Programme.
Project has several phases and we are looking for a facilitator for the experts meeting on inclusion, which is the first activity of phase one (2014/2015).
Phase one will bring together experts from the field of Inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities in the Eastern Partnership countries and Russia to:
• discuss the current situation, needs and obstacles of youth work in the region in regards to inclusion.
• to reflect on a possible research design to allow a broad research in the region.
A yet to be defined researcher will draft a first research design, which will be discussed on the experts meeting. Based on the recommendations of the round table an appropriate method for gathering evidence from the field should be designed and implemented in a pilot phase.

• researchers
• trainers from the region and programme countries familiar with the topic, the region and the programme Erasmus+,
• youth workers from the region,
• representatives of SALTO Inclusion, SALTO EECA and involved National Agencies.

Requested trainer profile
• With knowledge & experience in inclusion
• Experience in youth work and non-formal education
• Experience in Youth in Action
• Experience in cooperation with Neighbouring countries
• Experience in conducting trainings and seminars and facilitating events
• Being able to work and write in English (not necessarily native speaker)
Working conditions
280€/day for the round table days (residential) and a half of this amount lump sum for all preparation, communication and reporting. For the 2-day meeting, this is 560€ plus a lump sum of 560€ to cover all the preparation time (meetings), communication and reporting: total 1120€
Team composition
The team will be composed of 1 facilitator & 1 researcher (plus the Austrian, Polish, Finish National Agency, SALTO EECA & SALTO Inclusion staff).
