Nike Inc. looking for: Licensing Manager A.S. Roma.


Job Location:
Rome, Rome, Italy.


As LicensingManager for A.S. Roma your main goal will be to ensure that the A.S.Roma brand is represented through the best available licensing partners.
You will be managing the licensing program and contracts andyou will be on point to develop a successful distribution and segmentationstrategy, ensuring that we have the right product mix available and that wesell through the right channels to meet and exceed our targets.
You will bebased in our Showroom Office in Rome, right next to Termini Station. You will report directly to theGeneral Manager and manage directly the Junior Product Manager whom you will beresponsible to lead, coach and inspire.


Responsibilities:
• Account Management of existing partners: you will be on point to develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our licensees. You will deal with contract management and renewals and monitor the Royalties payment process. You will support the licensees by giving directions on sales figures, product insights and by implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the sales of their products.
• Manage Distribution and Business Development: you will be responsible to segment the market and drive sales by offering the right products in the right channel. You will also constantly drive business development by identifying new potential partners and merchandising opportunities.
• People Management: you will be responsible to manage and support the Junior Product manager with product selection and sell-in campaigns that will be hosted in the A.S. Roma showroom.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning: you will prepare the annual licensing budget with the Finance team and work collaboratively to ensure business objectives are met. You will drive quarterly business reviews with all licensees to ensure partners are tracking to their proposed business plans.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• We are looking for a University educated candidate with a strong commercial background and at least 5 to 8 year of work experience, with a strong preference for individuals who experienced the licensing environment.
• We are looking for a native Italian speaker with fluency in English and very strong communication and influencing skills.
• Previous experience managing people is preferred
