Nike Inc. looking for: Key Account Executive.


Job Location: Bologna, Bologna, Italy.



We are now looking for a Key Account Executive for our Nike Italy office based in Bologna.
As a Key Account Executive, you will play a critical role in the achievement of our business goals and you will have a specific focus on our Tennis, Basketball and Young Athletes sport categories.

As a Key Account Executive you will focus on internal strategy and facing external accounts:

Internal strategy:
• Lead the Young Athletes category with Performance Innovation, capitalizing all the free time styles Nike proposes and exploring all the opportunities linked with this business area.
• You will drive the market segmentation for our Basketball business, in order to reinforce the performance styles and balance Air Jordan offer with our full category range.
• You will lead the Tennis category making sure we keep and elevate the business with our current accounts and that we maximize business opportunities.
• You will be the gate keeper for our margin and discount strategy, demonstrating excellent discipline and accuracy in order to achieve our fiscal year goals.
• Support our Western Europe business initiatives by giving actionable feedback, sharing best practices and serving the consumers.
• Support internal departments: customer operation and credit, in order to guarantee a seamless business flow.

External accounts:
• Plan, organize and communicate Nike strategy to the customers, contributing to the marketplace transformation and developing effective account relationships.
• Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales. Implement our digital sales tools to support the digital customer evolution.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
• Know and control the customer’s retail expression inside the category- assortment guide lines.

Qualifications
• Our ideal candidate has completed University education and has at least 5 years of successful sales experience in a growing international environment.
• Proficient Italian and English knowledge is a must have and you need to be able to effectively communicate and influence an audience.
• We are looking for someone that is willing to embrace an international career project with us.
• On a personal level, you will need to demonstrate flexibility by considering and integrating other perspectives and points of view, showing willingness to adapt to different situations and positively embrace change and transition. You should be a positive influence for the team, energizing and inspiring others.
