Nike Inc. looking for: Retail Operations Performances Reviewer Italy.

Joining the Retail team in Italy as OPR (Operations Performance Review) Reviewer, you will you'll be responsible for preforming the OPR process in stores across the country.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for creating the review schedule for your area, ensuring all stores are reviewed within the cycle time period.
• You will conduct the reviews in store with partnership from the store manager.
• You will share the results and Action Plans for the stores with store manager, the Territory Director and Global OPR team.
• You will work with the Global OPR manager/director on improving the program by providing feedback on program execution with in your Geography.
• You will collaborate with other reviewers and the Global OPR manager to ensure reviews are being conducted with consistency.
• You will coach, lead teams and positively influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• At least 4 years field or corporate retail experience required.
• Experience coaching or training in a retail environment.
• General understanding of Retail store operations policies, procedures and standards and store systems/equipment. (Merchandising Intelligence, ERP, Business Intelligence, Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Hand Held Terminals, Labor Scheduling application, etc.).
• Strong written and communications skills, time management, and organization skill.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Communicate (verbal & written) effectively in English and Italian.
