Amaris, azienda internazionale di consulenza in technology e management, è alla ricerca di un laureato in ingegneria con età non superiore ai 27 anni, che abbia voglia di lavorare nella sede bolognese dell'azienda.
Requisiti obbligatori:
• laurea in ingegneria (preferibilmente se meccanica, elettronica o informatica)
• conoscenza eccellenze dell'italiano
• età massima 27 anni
Sede lavoro: Bologna
Candidato ideale:
Il candidato ideale è un giovane ingegnere italiano, anche senza esperienza, ma con formazione nel campo ingegneristico. Ben accetto eventuale master in economia
Inizio contratto di lavoro: Settembre 2014
Tipologia di contratto: Contratto a tempo indeterminato (CDI, CTI, etc...)
Attività lavorative previste:
• Definition of the development strategy and services offered
• Development of trade relations with partners, major multinational accounts
• Recruitment and management of consultant teams: engineering graduates and business graduates
• Monitoring of projects and teams
• Financial management of your profit center
Profilo candidato ideale in lingua:
• Graduated with a Master’s degree from an Engineering School and willing to evolve into a business role. Ideally you have had a first experience in a similar environment to ours.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy: these advantages will help you join our fast growing structure.
Requisiti linguistici: Italian is a prerequisite and another language is mandatory.
Descrizione della posizione:
Coached by a manager of the group Amaris, you will receive throughout your integration process training, individual support on all aspects of the business (marketing, recruitment, management, financial management, communication, etc.). Your development may lead you to the position of Senior Manager, then Head of Department and Director of one of our subsidiaries.
Remunerazione: The remuneration package includes a fixed salary with commissions directly related to your results
