Marketing Product Specialist – Chinese Mother Tongue

The candidate must be Chinese mother tongue (Mandarin), with a thorough knowledge of English. Italian’s knowledge is NOT an asset, as the official working language will be English.

The ideal candidate for this vacancy pays great attention to detail and own an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits.

He/she needs to be entrepreneurial, open-minded, humble, have very strong communication skills and excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. The candidate also must be willing to travel mostly in Italy and Europe.


Description

Our customer is one of the premier European groups working in the home care sector, specialised in respiratory care and providing services in the fields of artificial nutrition, telemedicine, health assistance and the prevention and treatment of skin ulcers.

The candidate will be directly reporting to the Respiratory Marketing Manager, who will take care of the on-the-job training related to the specific industry – the Sleep Breathing Disorders (SBD). As a Marketing Product Specialist, he/she will be in charge of the outbound marketing activities for the products. He/she will craft the messaging and positioning for products and conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. He/she will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

The key responsibilities will be:
• Develop service positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s services in the market;
• Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the services to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the services all over Europe;
• Service launch – plan the launch of new services and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan;
• Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the company’ services.
