Call for Trainers: Global Roadmap of the Youth Ini¬tia¬tives 2021: Occupation of the Future
Youth Time International Movement is looking for 1 trainers.

Description
The initiative and the workshop “Global Roadmap of the Youth Initiatives 2021" has been started in 2012 and will be continued as an annual activity of the YT Movement. This roadmap will be an instrument of orientation for young people in different possible directions of their participation in changing the world for better. There, we will see ourselves and other youth activities in different cultures and time periods of the future. In 2014 the focus of the Roadmap will be on employment, job and occupation opportunities of the new generation.
Requested trainer profile
EU-based
Professional experience in conducting workshops, expert panels and elaboration of roadmaps in the social sphere
Motivation to work with youth for the common good
A small consideration from our side can be generously compensated by enthusiasm of our participants and their strong desire to affect positively in the processes of the social changes.
Working conditions
Youth Time bears travel and accommodation expenses.
Preparation work.
To make a list of trends, events, crossroads and its description affecting youth life in 5 spheres: society, education, family and home, work and occupation, Internet and media.
To elaborate a methodology for the workshop and send instructions to the team of moderators (who will work with mini groups during the event).
To conduct a workshop (with the help of moderators form YT). This material will be used during 2 – 3 hour workshop session (for 100 participants) where participants will evaluate importance of possible future events for their initiatives. In the end participants will think what should they start to do something new, what activities can be stopped and what should they continue to do.
Deadlines:
August-September: analitics and preparations, communicating with moderators and scientific coordinator of the Rhodes Youth Forum.
Work during the event 24 - 29 September (conduct workshop and coordinate moderators, speakers and experts).
Fee: 800 Euro (amount needs to be discussed with a candidate).
Team composition
10 moderators from YT team
prominent experts in different fields (academic, entrepreneurship, hi-tech, media and so on).
