EDIC user satisfaction survey tool
Following our mail of 8th July and the discussion at our last meeting in September, please find attached an updated table showing the overall participation as of end October in the online EDIC user satisfaction survey. We also enclose for your information a second excel sheet showing the breakdown of replies per EDIC per country.
We would once again encourage you to promote the link in your network and ask EDICs to use every opportunity to give the link publicity. If the results of the survey are to be worthwhile, we really need to receive a higher number of responses.
