Description: Italian Sales Talent Teleperformance Portugal is a part of the Teleperformance group, worldwide leader in Customer Experience Management.
Your Job: You will be responsible for selling our client’s Premium Private Teacher product to pre-qualified potential students and providing language course advice by telephone. Actively promoting the EF brand awareness and tracking leads and sales via in-house systems are a key part of your challenge.
Your Profile
•Native level of spoken and written Italian (mandatory);
•Fluency in English (minimum B1);
•1 year telesales experience (mandatory);
•High school or relevant professional degree required;
• Highly customer-focused nature, sales-oriented, with cultural awareness, proactive and a flexible attitude towards work.
•Valid EU work permit if you’re not an EU national.
•Availability Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 19h00 GMT. Our Offer
