Dear Alumni,
This is the last Newsletter send by the old Alumni Board. We hope that we managed to send you all important Alumni/ESN messages and that we fulfilled our duties.

• Alumni medley in Warsaw (21-23.11.2014)
In the end of November 3 Alumni from Warsaw - Ania Burtan, Wojtek MaÅ?lak and Adam WÅ?odarkiewicz had an opportunity to organize Alumni Medley '15 - meeting of ESN oldies when the new Alumni Board was elected.
Subjectively we find weekend in Warsaw well organized and we really hope that all the participants feel the same. Warsaw welcomed around 40 Alumni from all around Europe, as usual dominated by the Italian delegation.

During Alumni Medley we also had an opportunity to participate in the official Gala Diner and celebrate 25th Anniversary of ESN Int and 16th B-day of ESN Poland.
During the Gala we heard short speeches from:
• Paul Puylaert - one of the most valued ESN Alumni
• Emanuel Alfranseder - former President of ESN Int
• Artur OrÅ?owski - one of the founders of ESN Poland Association and founder of ESNcard project
• Robert Banet - President of ESN Poland
• Marta BagiÅ?ska - NR of ESN Poland
• Tomasz Bratek - Director of the Polish National Agency
New call for the Alumni Medley OC will be announced very soon...
• Say hello to the new Alumni Board!
As mentioned before old Alumni Board that consisted of Ania Burtan, Marco Scanu, Marco Capriotti and Julius Zaburas will finish their duties on the 1st of January 2015.
>From 2015 we will have new Boardies:
• Fabian Bircher - former WPA of ESN Int
• Iñigo Cruz - former member of ESN UCM (Spain)
• Damien Lamy-Preto - former Treasurer of ESN Int
• Ania Burtan - former NR of ESN Poland and current Alumni Board member
• Giovanni Giacobbi - former IT Committee Chair
• Mikael Skrabb - former vice-president of ESN Finland
New Alumni Board decided to allocate concrete roles for each of it's members (similar to the ones in the International Board). It means that:
• Fabianwill lead the group (President)
• Damian will be responsible for finances (Treasurer)
• Ania will be responsible for the communication (Communication Manager)
• Giovanni - IT stuff (excluding website) (WPA)
• Iñigo - developing circles of interest, coordinating NACs (Vice President 1)
• Mikael - database of knowledge, knowledge transfer to ESN (Vice President 2)
Do you want to participate in AGM Ankara?
Next Annual General Meeting will take place in Ankara from 16th till 20th of April. Price for the event for ESN Alumni is 170e. More info about the meeting you can find on the official AGM website.
There are 2 steps to do for those of you who would like to participate in the event:
• Register on events.esn.org (Galaxy account needed)
• Fill in Alumni questionnaire.
Deadline for applications: 16th of February 23:59 CET.
