Training for trainers on quality assurance
Youth for Exchange and Understanding in partnership with AEGEE and BEST is looking for 1 senior and 1 junior trainer.

Description
Title: “Training for trainers on quality assurance”
Dates: 6-14th 2015 (travel days are included)
Place: Altamura, Italy
Who is involved: 20 participants from different countries
Countries: Belgium/ Slovakia/ Estonia/ France/ Netherlands/ Spain/ Romania/ Italy/ Poland/ Finland/ Greece/ Turkey/ Germany/ Portugal (the training course is open for participants from other countries as well)
Requested trainer profile
Profile of the Trainers:
(Priority will be given to those that most closely meet these criteria and to members of the YEU PET/AEGEE and BEST Pools of Trainers):
• Have knowledge on topics covered by the training;
• Have a previous experience on the topics covered by this training;
• Are willing to collaborate and work for the benefit of the project;
• Are proficient users of English language;
Working conditions
Finances
Youth for Exchange and Understanding will cover 100% of travel costs (cheapest way) from the resident country. The food and lodging cost will be covered by YEU and AEGEE. 100% of the visa costs will be reimbursed. Trainers are obliged to have receipts of the tickets, boarding passes and invoices of the credit card that was used for buying the tickets for online payments. All Trainers will be reimbursed after the event by bank transfer.
Fees
Senior trainer will be paid 150 EUR gross per day (6 working days) and junior trainer will be pad 30 EUR gross per day.
Team composition
Trainers are requested to work closely with YEU Office. Contracts will be prepared for trainers with all conditions. Trainers are requested to work online in preparatory phase while there will be a preparatory meeting on April 7th to finalize all the details. Trainers are requested to have daily meetings with project coordinator.
