Data: 02/03/2015

SALTO Youth Participation, Hungarian, Italian, Croatian and Danish NA's is looking for 2.

Application deadline: 10 April 2015( midnight Brussels Time)

Description

Context

This training course is the following step of a long-term cooperation project on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning ran by SALTO-YOUTH Participation and some National Agencies. It also draws on the SALTO Participation’s expertise in supporting transnational youth initiatives under the previous “Youth in action “programme.

This activity will address a need expressed by different agencies in terms of promoting transnational youth initiatives which seem off-putting to potential programme beneficiaries, especially young people who were used to local youth initiatives and find it difficult to understand the new logic of the action, find international partners, manage transnational projects etc. This training course will tackle these potential obstacles that keep young people from applying, focusing on developing the project management skills and sense of initiative and entrepreneurship of future beneficiaries of the Erasmus+/Youth in Action Programme, especially under Key Action 2 (KA2) “Strategic Partnership /Trans-national Youth initiatives”.

The LTTC will be a hands-on activity composed of two residential training courses enhanced by a coaching period that will be provided in between.

In the past years, Youth Initiatives proved their relevance in the self development of young people, in their civic engagement and in the impact on young people and on local communities. By involving youth leaders, young entrepreneurs, young people who already implemented a national or trans-national Youth Initiatives, we expect to create an incubator of new ideas, sustainable partnerships and concrete projects.
