The PM/LSC reports directly to HQ’s Desk Officer, works under the coordination of the Country Representative (CR) and works in close collaboration with the other CESVI’s international and national staff in the Country.

Essential Requirements
• Livelihood background with Master Degree in Agricultural Science/Agronomy/Livestock/Economy/Rural Development or equivalent.
At least 5 years field experience.
• Proven experience in management of livelihood – rural development projects and/or programs (at least 5 years) in development context.
• Proven tracks of success in project identification and in drafting proposal (at least 5 years), including direct negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, management, teamwork & interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills within a wide range of stakeholders (Donors, IPs, partners, coordination agencies, clusters, INGOs).
• Proven experience in financial planning and accounting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.

Desirable Requirements
• Experience in M&E and reporting
• Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, to meet deadlines and good organization of project’s data and documents.
• Knowledge and previous experience in the country and/or region (SEA).
• Familiarity with major Donors in the country (EU, USAID, LIFT).
