They are seeking to recruit a high calibre, self-motivated professional to join its Customer Care Team!
Il lavoro prevede queste responsabilità:
• Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone;
• Assisting clients with queries and questions;
• Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally;
• Promoting available products and services to clients;
• Interacting with other departments;
• Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results.
I requisiti necessari sono:
• Degree in a business-related field;
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar job role;
• Fluency in English and in any of the following languages: Italian, Spanish and German;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Outstanding customer communication skills;
• Strong organizational and analytical skill;
• Excellent computer literacy.
Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
Type of employment: Full time.
