La Rappresentanza informa sull'opportunità riguardante le visite per le scuole al JRC di Ispra.
As of May 1st, Milan is home to EXPO 2015 and the JRC has an important role in coordinating the presence of European Institutions in the event.
On this occasion, from May to October 2015, we offer schools and groups of visitors the opportunity to visit our centre. The visit includes a guided tour by bus of the Ispra site and a visit to the recently renovated Visitor Centre where you will visit Sylvia'as Lab through a journey that connects the JRC research to the participation of the European Union to EXPO 2015. Here you will discover the future scenarios on production and food consumption, learn more about topics such as soil, agricolture and security of materials in contant with food. You will get an overview of the most innovative projects and understand how our work and your lifestyle can help to preserve the planet for future generations. In the Visitor Centre an interactive exhibition also allows you to explore the different scientific fields in which the JRC operates.
