The candidate will be working in the “Placement Services” Area as junior Client Manager. The ideal profile is a young graduate between 24 and 26 years old, with a Master’s degree and a clear and proven interest in Human Resources.
EssentiaIs is fluency in English and one other European language (French or German), developed during abroad experiences, as well as place of residence in Milan, hinterland or Lombardia.
Motivation towards the company project, interpersonal skills, reliability and professionalism, ability to achieve the goals, problem solving skills, a poised personality able to work under pressure and ability to work in a collaborative team environment are essential.
