The HSC reports directly to HQ’s Desk Officer, works under the coordination of the Country Representative (CR) and works in close collaboration with the other Cesvi’s international and national staff in the Country.

Essential competencies
• Health background with Master’s Degree in Public Health, or equivalent experience in Health Projects;
• Proven experience in management of health projects and/or programs (minimum 3 years) both in emergency and development context (Malaria, TB, MNCH, HIV/AIDS);
• Proven tracks of success in project identification and in drafting proposal (minimum 2 years) with special focus on both emergency response and development;
• Proven experience in financial planning and accounting;
• Experience in M&E and reporting;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent leadership, management, teamwork & interpersonal skills;
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desirable competencies
• Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, to meet deadlines and good organization of project’s data and documents.
• Good coordination skills within a wide range of stakeholders (Donors, IPs, partners, coordination agencies, clusters, INGOs).
• Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.

Salary range: 3300 – 3800 €
