Polish National Agency of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme is looking for trainers who will be responsible for preparation and carrying out of the „Art, Dance and Sport" Partnership Building Activity on KA1 (Youth Exchanges) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.


Aim of the PBA
To enable participants to:

• Establish and support partner-finding, networking and long-term international cooperation between organizations on the topics of dance, art and sport;
• Increase the quantity and improve the quality of Action KA1 (YE) projects.


Objectives:
• To develop new Youth Exchanges projects under the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme on the topics of dance, sport and art;
• To exchange experiences and good practices among participants;
• Better understanding of the eligibility and quality criteria of Youth Exchanges among participants;
• To promote innovation in Erasmus+ Programme projects;
• To give an impulse to improve and strengthen international cooperation in the field of Youth Exchanges by giving participants possibility to work on preparing KA1 YE projects so that after the course they are ready to send application to respective National Agency in the future.


How to achieve it:
• By letting participants experience different stages of implementing the project;
• By combining diverse potential approaches towards problems and challenges;
• By working on practical tools to be implemented in youth organizations and youth groups.


Target group of the PBA:
Participants of PBA: 30-36 participants from all of the Programme Countries, who are:
• Youth workers or representatives of NGOs, community centers, youth clubs, schools, local authorities, local governments or other public institutions, non-formal groups of young people that have a mandate to enter into a partnership with other organizations/groups;
• With (little or big) experience in YiA (in implementing KA1 YE projects);
• Willing to develop and implement a Youth Exchange project on one of the topics of the PBA;
• Having idea about the project and earnest interest and possibility within their organisation/group (green light from their hierarchy/colleagues) to set up a KA1 (YE) project after the PBA;
• Able to communicate and work in English.


Dates and venue of the Seminar

Place:
Konstancin-Jeziorna (in the neighbourhood of Warsaw), Poland.

Proposed dates: 15-19 of June 2016 (trainers may arrive one day before).


Requested trainer profile:
• Experienced in non-formal education;
• Experienced in the topic of the seminar;
• Experienced in carrying out trainings and seminars related to youth project management, risk management and international communication, partnership building;
• Experienced in carrying out not less than 3 international seminars on similar content as a trainer;
• Knowledge of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme with a special focus on KA1;
• Very good level of spoken and written English language;
• Knowledge of youth policy.


Working conditions:
• 5 paid days (260 € per day);
• 3 working days during the seminar;
• plus 2 days for preparation and evaluation (including individual and team preparation, prep-meeting, on-going and final evaluation directly after the training + final report; prep-meeting dates and final report are not extra paid);
• board, lodging and travel costs are covered by organisers.


Preparatory meeting
The prep-meeting is planned on 04-05 of April 2016 and will be held in Warsaw.


Team composition
• 2 trainers - responsible for the programme flow, methodology and final report. 1 European trainer and 1 member of Polish Trainers’ Pool;
• 1 junior trainer – supporting person, present during training, from Poland;
• Representatives of the Polish NA – responsible for the organisational part of the seminar (concept, promotion of the training, cooperation with other NAs, recruitment of participants, logistics, etc.).
